Cynthia L. Greene, Esquire: Founder and Managing Partner of Greene Smith & Associates, P.A., Cynthia L. Greene is the former chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law, fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has almost thirty years of experience in the field. Renowned for her quick wit and vast knowledge of the law, Ms. Greene is also a highly regarded appellate attorney with more than 300 reported appellate decisions. She has authored numerous books and articles on marital law topics, including The Family Law Trial Notebook and Family Law Case Summaries: 1989-1999, and has been listed in Naifeh & Smith “The Best Lawyers In America,” in every edition since 1993.
